About Dr. Mulligan

Dr. Lesa Mulligan is a board-certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist who has dedicated her career to improving women's health in Norman, Oklahoma.

She practiced alongside her mother, Dr. Shelba Bethel, making them the only mother-daughter OB/GYN partnership in Oklahoma, with a combined practice experience exceeding 70 years.

As a mother of four and grandmother of two, Dr. Mulligan brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to her patient care.
